Terms & Conditions
By entering this Website, you (“Users”) agree to abide to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) governing the use of RJ Media Pte. Ltd. (Company Registration Number: [200719544R]) (“Publisher”) websites comprising of http://www.masterclass.com.sg & http://www.masterclass.sg (“Websites”). If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you do not have the right to access these Websites and are requested to leave the Websites immediately.

The Publisher may from time to time amend or vary these Terms by posting the revised Terms on these Websites. The continued use of the Websites after the amendment of these Terms will be deemed to be acceptance of the amended Terms by Users. However, if you do not agree with the amended Terms, Users are requested to leave the Websites immediately.

Users Obligations
Users agree to use the Websites or any part thereof, (1) for legal purposes, (2) in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and (3) in compliance with all Terms. In particular, but without limitation, Users may not
1. post, upload, transmit or distribute any material that is discriminatory, offensive, defamatory or obscene
2. post, upload, transmit or distribute any computer virus, macros, worms or trojan horses or computer programs that may interfere with the operation of a computer or the Websites
3. interfere with the functionality, integrity or operation of the Websites in any way, including but not limited to flooding, spamming, mail-bombing, crashing and hacking
4. in any manner, infringe or violate the rights of a firm, company or any person, including but not limited to privacy rights, intellectual property rights and confidentiality rights
5. attempt to modify, access or delete any information on the Websites that you do not have authorised access to, including but not limited to the information submitted and available on the Websites, databases and programming codes
6. undermine the security of the Websites
7. attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble or modify any coding or information on the Websites
Users are responsible for any information submitted to the Websites and Users should ensure that the information provided is true and accurate. Users will be solely responsible for the password and the Publisher accepts no liability for any improper or unauthorised usage of the account.

Events
The Publisher organises different educational events to help attendees upgrade themselves.

For events organised by Publisher, the Publisher reserves the right to accept or reject any application to attend the Event. The Publisher shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss or damage caused while in the Venue & Event nor are they liable for any complaints & claims for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the cancellation or postponement of the Event. By applying to attend the Event you are bound by these Terms.

As there are limited seats in our Brown Bag & Masterclass Sessions and we want to ensure that everyone has a chance to attend the event.  Participants that have attended any of our Events for more than 5 times, would not be entitled to Snacks and/or Lunch. This is applicable for to both VIP and Free Tickets.

The Publisher reserves the right to accept or reject any application to attend the Event.

Use of Data
By submitting any information (including but not limited to personal details) to these Websites or for any events organised by the Publisher, Users grant the Publisher the royalty free, exclusive, sub-licensable and irrevocable right to use, process, store, reproduce, sell, publish and display this data. In particular, but without limitation, the Publisher would use the information to, (1) Provide the registration details to the various event organisers and (2) carry out administrative functions and for internal & marketing purposes.

In addition, submitting information through our registration form (including but not limited to the event registration forms), you are allowing us to share all your details with the Advertisers (including but not limited to participating educational institutions) and that these educational institutions may contact you with details on their respective programs.

The Publisher reserves the right to remove any information supplied by Users to the Websites at its sole discretion without notice or any liability. The Publisher reserves the right to classify and flag Users.

The Publisher reserves the right to offer third party services to Users based on the information collected. The Publisher shall not be liable for any loss or damages sustained as a result of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information submitted by the Users and Advertiser.

Indemnity
By entering into the Websites, Users agree to indemnify and hold the Publisher, and its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, representatives and employees, harmless from all claims, liability, losses, damages, expenses and costs, including legal fees due to or arising out of (1) any breach of the Terms, (2) the Usage of the Websites and (3) the violation of any rights of another company, entity or person.

Such indemnity shall extend to include all reasonable costs, charges and expenses which the Publisher may pay or incur in investigating, disputing or defending any claim or action or other proceedings in respect of which the Advertiser is or may be liable to indemnify under these terms and conditions and all reasonable costs, charges and expenses that are the subject of this indemnity shall be reimbursed by Users on demand from the Publisher.

Links to Other Third Party Sites
As a value added service, the Publisher may provide links to other websites or resources. The Publisher will not accept any responsibility or liability with respect to the contents of these websites and resources. The access to such websites and resources are at Users own risk.

Privacy
The Publisher is committed to protecting Users privacy and understands the importance of keeping Users personal information private. The Publisher would make every effort to protect and regulate the use of such personal information.

In registering with the Websites, the Publisher collects Users personal information including but not limited to name, address, telephone number, email address, work related information, gender and other related data.

Users personal information area stored in the account will be made available for viewing, downloading and searching by clients including but not limited to the Publisher, Advertiser or prospective companies.

The Websites uses cookies to identify the Users computer when assessing the site and it stores information of their visit. The cookies also collect aggregated statistical information of Users use of the Websites. Users may decline to accept the cookies but it may result in Users not being able to access certain functions of the Websites.

The Publisher collects aggregated statistical information of Users visits and personal details (including but not limited to number of jobs applied, website hits, personal information and resume related information) and provides these information to Advertisers, customers and reputable third party suppliers. The information provided does not include any individually identifiable information.

The Publisher shall not be liable for any loss or damages sustained as a result of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information with regards to the content submitted by the Users or Advertiser.

Intellectual Property
The contents of the Websites, including but not limited to text, graphics, programming codes, images, functionality, design, videos and other material, are protected by copyright. No part or parts of the website may be distributed, commercially exploited, resold, reproduced, adapted, changed, republished, broadcast, hyperlinked, archived, reverse engineered, mirrored on to another site, framed or transmitted in any manner or by any means or stored in an information retrieval system without the prior written permission of the Publisher.

Users may download the information on the Websites provided it is for personal and non-commercial use only. Any other use of the material and content of the Websites are prohibited. The trademarks, logos and service marks (“TM”) on the Websites are owned by the Publisher and other third parties. Users are not authorized to use these TM without the written consent of the Publisher or the respective third parties.

If Users believe that your intellectual property has been displayed, uploaded, or copied to the Websites in a way that results in a copyright infringement, please inform us at marketing@headhunt.com.sg and we will investigate into it.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Although the Publisher will take reasonable care to ensure that the information put on the Websites are accurate and complete, the Publisher makes no warranties, whether implied or express in relation to the accuracy and completeness of the information. The Publisher makes no warranties that the Websites will be fully functional, continuously available, error free, free of virus or free of computer bugs.

The information on the Websites are for informative purposes only and are provided to Users on an “as is” basis. The Publisher to the fullest extent permissible by law disclaims all warranties, implied or express, in relation to the Websites, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, warranty of non infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, standard of quality of the Websites and data security.
The Publisher shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, failure to secure, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.

The Publisher has placed security measures to protect the information submitted by Users against hacking, misuse, loss and modification. However, the Publisher cannot guarantee the security of the Websites and as such the Publisher shall not be in any way responsible for the security of the Website on any information provided to or taken from the Websites by Users.

The Publisher (and that of its shareholders and employees) will not be liable for any damages, losses, expenses, liabilities in respect of all causes of action whether arising at common law (including for negligence) , in equity, under statute or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the usage of the Websites including but not limited to the
1. usage of the information on the Websites
2. accuracy and completeness of the information on the Websites
3. system stability and security of the Websites including but not limited to system down time, computer viruses, programming bugs, inability to access the Websites, error in transmissions, breach in Website’s security and connection failures
4. access to any other third party websites linked to the Websites
5. for any loss of content or material uploaded, transmitted and saved on the Websites

Termination and Suspension
The Publisher reserves the right and may at any time and without notice and any liability, modify or discontinue these Websites and its services or delete the information Users have provided. The Publisher may at its own discretion terminate or suspend Users and Advertiser account without notice. The Publisher reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies upon any breach of the Terms.

Rights of Third Parties
A person who is not a party to these Terms has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, Chapter 53B of Singapore to enforce any term of these Terms. Notwithstanding any terms of this these Terms, the consent of any third party is not required for any variation (including any release or compromise of any liability under) of these Terms.


Miscellaneous
Any liability to any party under these Terms may in whole or in part be released, compounded or compromised, or time or indulgence given, by that party in its absolute discretion without in any way prejudicing or affecting its other rights against the other parties.

No failure to exercise, nor any delay in exercising, on the part of any party, any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy prevent any further or other exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.

If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of these Terms to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable (whether in whole or in part), such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent, but only to the extent, of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall not be affected thereby.

These Terms and any other documents delivered pursuant to these Terms (1) contain the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and (2) supersede all prior agreements, arrangements, understanding, promises, covenants, representations and communications between the parties, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore and the Users and Advertiser irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts with respect to any claim which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms.
