The Brown Bag Workshops from Oct to Dec 2020 is part of a 10-part series created in collaboration with the 6 x Local Universities (NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD, SIT & SUSS) & 1 x Institute of Higher Learning (NP) and the main focus is to examine how Digitalisation will impact the Future of Work and how COVID has accelerated some of these changes.

In this Brown Bag session (16 Dec), HeadHunt concluded this lunch & learn series with our speaker, Dr Jimmy Wong, who shared on the topic of Developing a Social Media Ecosystem to Digitise SME’s Businesses.

The presentation will highlight the importance of developing an integrated social media ecosystem to help SMEs digitise their operations and expand their businesses. Two case studies will be presented. These case studies will feature how two SMEs here in Singapore, through the help of SUSS Marketing students, plan and execute their social media ecosystem.
